Sityog Institute of Management is one of the top Management colleges in North Bihar with sophisticated facilities and a well equipped digital library. Sityog Institute of Management has a comprehensive mentoring and student development system that seeks to develop soft and professional skills that paves way for the overall personality development of students and their placement readiness. Our college also provides separate hostels for men and women each with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students.
Management and its scope
Sityog Institute of Management strives to develop competent and relevant manpower for the twenty first century needs of trade, business, and industry. The Institute supports various programmes for enhancing the potential of individual students, enriching human values, upholding the Indian value system, all acting in union as a vehicle for growth at the national and international level, thereby making it a "student driven" institute of higher learning.

Management education plays a crucial role in providing individuals with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to succeed in a wide range of technical and vocational fields. It offers an alternative pathway to traditional academic education and can lead to rewarding careers in various industries.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks required (45% for reserved category as per norms)
Final-year graduation students may also apply.
Admission is based on performance in national/state-level entrance exams (CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA or university entrance test).
Shortlisted candidates must clear GD/PI conducted by the institute.
